As part of a long-term partnership with Kemény Boehme Consultants SE, we regularly take new employee portraits. The photos are taken both in our studio and on-site at the client’s location.
It’s important to use a portrait style that allows new employees to be seamlessly integrated into the series at a later date.
A Visual Language for a Growing Team
For recurring sessions, we’ve coordinated the photographic process so that the lighting, perspective, and visual impact remain consistent across the various shoots.
This allows new portraits to be added without the team’s visual identity losing its consistent character. Studio shots and on-site sessions can be combined within this concept.
