For Phytron, we created an interactive 360° tour of the production facility in Maisach, near Munich. The virtual tour shows how motion control solutions are created—from design through manufacturing and assembly to quality control.
The focus was on providing an authentic glimpse into the high-tech company’s work environment. The combination of spatial orientation and independent exploration makes the various areas accessible directly in the browser.
From Design to Quality Control
The tour takes visitors through the design, machining, electronics, and assembly areas, as well as the testing and quality control areas. Visitors can look around at each stop and decide for themselves which details they would like to examine more closely.
At Phytron, development and production are carried out in-house. This vertical integration was designed to be evident during the tour: the rooms, machines, and work areas demonstrate how the individual steps work together. This is where drive solutions for demanding applications are developed—ranging from industrial applications to vacuum, cryogenic, and space environments.
In implementing this project, it was important to us to portray the site in a way that was clear and credible and to demonstrate technical precision in the actual production environment.

The virtual tour gives customers, business partners, and job applicants a glimpse into the company without having to be there in person. It combines a tour of the facility with information about the development and manufacturing processes taking place there.
In addition to being embedded on a website, this type of tour can also be used for sales, presentations, recruiting, or trade shows. Depending on the project, additional text, videos, and links can be integrated, and the design can be customized to match the corporate identity.
