Construction documentation and drone photos – Bayernheim.
For our client Goldbeck, we were allowed to realize drone photos and video recordings for the construction documentation of the revitalization of two high-rise buildings in the student city of Munich-Freimann.
The two buildings, with twelve and 22 storeys respectively, are part of the largest student housing estate in Germany. Following extensive refurbishment, over 1,000 apartments for students in Munich will be built there again in future.
Our photographic and videographic construction documentation focused on the scale of the project, the construction progress and the urban integration of the buildings. With the help of drone shots, the size, architecture and complexity of the revitalization were impressively captured.
The refurbishment includes the energy-efficient redesign of the facades, the modernization of the apartments, new barrier-free apartments and the renewal of the entire building services.
