During the Jazz Summer at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich, we documented six concerts and the accompanying art exhibition through photography and film.
Under the theme “Loud & Proud,” the festival combined live music with photographer Mike Meyer’s “Passion” exhibition and a complementary film program.
Documenting Concerts and an Exhibition
The production combined event photography with videography. The goal was to capture the various concert events and the exhibition in a cohesive documentary.
The photographs capture individual moments; the video complements the series by showing the passage of time and the movement on stage.
