We documented the visit by Marc Llistosella and Dr. Claudia Mayfeld to the training workshop at Knorr-Bremse’s Munich headquarters.
The focus was on interacting with the trainees, practical demonstrations, and insights into the technical training program.
Tour of the Lab and Prototyping Area
The tour included stops at the electrical engineering lab and the prototyping area. Our event coverage features conversations, work scenarios, and the work environment of the young professionals.
Machines, tools, and technical equipment provide the images with their technical context. Yet the focus remains on the people and their interactions.
Highlighting Training and Collaboration
At the time of the project, the training program at the Munich location included 21 apprentices and 22 dual-track students. The program offered five apprenticeship tracks and up to six dual-track degree programs.
The photographs document the visit while also providing insights into this training environment. They combine event photography with elements of industrial photography and can support internal communication as well as the company’s image as an employer.
