For Stock Real Estate, we photographed and filmed a building on Maximilianstraße in Munich. The project was carried out in collaboration with BE EXTRAORDINARY, an agency specializing in architecture and real estate marketing. The production included architectural photography as well as video footage shot with a drone.
Architecture from Different Perspectives
We complemented the architectural photography with moving images. Drone videography allows us to show a building from varying angles and capture it within its spatial context. This combination provided the source material for the short film shown here.
Our Own Edit with More Pacing
We then produced the video for Maximilianstraße in-house. With this edit, we wanted to showcase the creative possibilities of drone video for architectural projects.
To achieve this, we selected energetic music and a more dynamic style than is typical for traditional real estate films. The short film complements the commissioned footage with our own interpretation of the material and demonstrates the impact that editing and music have on the overall effect of an architectural production.
