We documented the Wartenberg Clinic for Sweco Architects through photography and film. The focus was on the new extension and its integration into the existing clinic complex, as well as the surrounding forest and park grounds.
The production combined architectural photography with drone photography and aerial video footage.
New Construction, Existing Structures, and Landscape
Sweco designed the new extension for acute geriatric care and palliative medicine on the southwest side of the existing hospital complex. The building’s hillside location and orientation toward the green space define its character.
The photographs show the new building in relation to the existing complex. In addition to the architecture, we focused on the transitions between the building, open spaces, and the landscape.
Additional Aerial Perspectives
Drone photography reveals the arrangement of the building sections and their relationship to the site.
The accompanying drone video brings these spatial relationships together in moving images. Photography and video thus offer different approaches to presenting the project.
