We created a photographic and video presentation of the “TakeOff Riem” office building in Munich-Riem for Ampega Real Estate. The focus was on the clean, light-filled architecture, the functional workspaces, and how the building integrates into its surroundings.
The production combined architectural and real estate photography with drone footage and video sequences. The result was a cohesive presentation of the property for real estate marketing.
Clean, minimalist architecture and light-filled workspaces
In the interior and exterior shots, we have combined wide-angle views with selected details. Wide-angle perspectives show the spatial structure, while complementary shots highlight materials, surfaces, and architectural features.
We placed particular emphasis on precise lines, authentic colors, and a natural lighting atmosphere. The images were intended to convey the quality of the office spaces without distorting their actual spatial impact.
Drone Footage – Architecture and Location from the Air
Drone photography complements the ground-level views by providing a perspective on the building’s structure, dimensions, and location. From the air, the building’s relationship to its surroundings, access roads, outdoor spaces, and integration into Munich’s Riem neighborhood become apparent.
In addition, drone videos and other video sequences were produced that show interiors, outdoor areas, and transitions between spaces in motion.
Photos and Videos for Real Estate Marketing
Photography, drone footage, and video were produced as part of a coordinated project. The images were selected and formatted for use in brochures, on websites, in presentations, and in press and corporate communications.
The result is a cohesive series of images that show the TakeOff Riem from various perspectives and can be used for both architectural documentation and real estate marketing.
