We produced a video for the “Cooking and Culinary Delights Book” for the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich.
In front of the camera were Anton Gschwendtner, who was the head chef at Atelier at the time, and Viktoria Lauterbach. Together, they prepared a traditional Easter lamb.
